Woolworths Sunnynook

Reclad and modernisation of an operational supermarket following failure of the existing cladding system. A custom-engineered, movable scaffolding solution was designed to safely access the façade within a live retail environment. Construction was staged and tightly coordinated to ensure safety, minimise disruption, and maintain full supermarket operations throughout.

Moselle Re-clad, Auckland.

Reclad and seismic strengthening of 16 two-storey commercial units in Auckland. Resolved major weathertightness issues, achieved full compliance, and improved long-term building value. A simple design decision, informed by experience, enabled the works to be classified as repairs and maintenance—allowing the client to claim a significant tax deduction.

Victopia Apartments

Engaged partway through construction to take over from previous designers on a complex remediation of a 15-storey apartment building in central Auckland. Scope includes full recladding, passive fire upgrades, and façade remediation following structural failures. Our role involved resolving design issues mid-delivery and coordinating works in a fully scaffolded, occupied building to minimise disruption to residents.
