With a strong grasp of council processes, construction systems, and project requirements, he’s skilled at navigating complex challenges and bringing the right people together to deliver great outcomes. Carla is a NZRAB and WA-registered architect with over 12 years of experience delivering projects across the community, commercial, multi-residential, education, and retail sectors. She has led and contributed to a diverse range of developments in both Australia and New Zealand, from masterplanning through to construction, with a strong emphasis on design quality and project delivery. Carla holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Western Australia and brings strong leadership in design, documentation, and contract administration. She now lives in West Auckland with her family and is known for her collaborative style, calm under pressure — and always having the best snacks on site.
